Stazione restaurant offers classic Italian dishes, with Mediterranean and English specials, and an extensive wine list, featuring world famous Italian wines such as Gaja Sassicaia, Ornellaia, Tignanello and Solaia.

Favourites include Scottish beef fillet, Scottish sirloin steak, rabbit, Barbary duck breast, young veal and racks of lamb, fresh fish and juicy lobster, bruschetta, pizza, pasta, and plenty of light lunch dishes, with an imaginative range of desserts to tempt your palate. Signature a la carte dishes include Veal Saltimboca in Breadcrumbs and Parmesan and Roasted Salmon with a Poppy Seed Crust, with two and three-course set menus for diners pushed for time and money.
